My wife Jennifer and I decided to sell our home, and contacted a realtor to begin the process of listing our property. The agent we selected promised results and seemed professional, but the lack of showings over the following months was concerning, and the agent eventually told us she was no longer interested in listing our property. We were soon contacted by a different agent who felt our house would sell quickly, so we listed it a second time, hoping for better results. Again, few potential buyers looked at the property, and the realtor informed us he did everything possible, but would be unable to continue listing our house.
